El Cheapo did a tree and stump removal of our oak tree. They were efficient and after they left they cleaned up to the point you would not know they were there. The team of workers worked seamlessly together and are a model of how a team works together. The price was reasonable and they were timely as well. I was so disappointed after the hurricane that a price that was given prior to the hurricane to take down a tree almost completely doubled after the storm, therefore off my list now forever Can we say price gouging? What a shame what a shame what a shame, truly knowledgeable, great tree guys, but that price after the storm for the same tree and doubled it, I’m not a fan anymore. Do not hesitate to hire this excellent comapny for your tree needs. This will be long! I hired Ed and his amazing team back in Nov to get ahead of tree trimming for hurricane season. I "HAD" a 52 year old live oak tree, 60 feet tall, in my back yard. A living legacy to my Mother that planted the tree in 1968 when she built our home. I never got so many compliments on my tree until Ed's team groomed it. My pride and joy of my back yard. The center point. My oasis! It shaded not only my yard but my house. Sadly while having work done on my seawall the contractors severed 3 stabilization roots of my TREE! It was like they cut a rubber band. The tree immediately shifted towards my home. I called Ed in a panic. He came and sadly told me the tree had to come down. I did get another arborist to access the damage. unfortunately they also confirmed the news I did not want to hear. I did this because I knew I would need one more opinion to present to the company the DESTROYED my tree. Ed's team showed up last week to remove my tree. To say I have cried a river is an understatement. They showed so much empathy and concern to me and my family that LOVED OUR TREE! Their skill level is outstanding. Perfectionist. We wanted to save certain sections of the tree so we could create some beautiful art pieces. They were so patient with all of as we pointed to certain sections of the tree we wanted to keep. It has been a devastating reality to try and be outside now. I now will lean on Ed and his knowledge to help me once again create a beautiful outdoor sanctuary for our family to enjoy. The crew did an outstanding job with removing a storm damaged pine tree and its stump as well as cleaning up after the job. We will definitely use again in the future.
