El Cheapo gave quick, professional, written quote which was 15% lower than competitor; they got the job. It turned out one of the 3 oaks to be trimmed needed removal and I asked last minute that piles of yard waste I had created be removed from backyard. No problem. El Cheapo blew in at the appointed time with all the right equipment and a small army of workers and did everything within 2 hours. Amazing to watch.
